Terms & Conditions
Terms governing quotations, orders, payment, sourcing and delivery.
Effective date: September 4, 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Spare Parts & Equipment website and to quotations, sourcing services, orders and related communications provided through or in connection with the website.
For questions regarding orders, quotations, or these Terms & Conditions, contact us at [email protected] or by phone / WhatsApp at +507 6722-8083.
2. Website Information
Information displayed on the website is provided for general information and sourcing purposes. Product availability, specifications, origin, condition, price and delivery time may change and are confirmed only in a specific quotation or commercial invoice.
Images on the website may be illustrative and may not represent the exact product supplied.
3. Requests for Quotation
A request submitted through the website is a request for information or quotation only. It does not create a binding purchase contract and does not guarantee product availability.
Customers should provide accurate part numbers, machine models, serial numbers, quantities, photographs and other technical information where available.
4. Quotations and Order Acceptance
Prices, availability, delivery estimates, shipping options and other commercial terms are confirmed in the quotation or commercial invoice issued for a specific request.
A quotation may have a stated validity period and may be withdrawn or revised before payment or formal order acceptance if availability, supplier pricing, freight costs, exchange rates or other relevant conditions change.
An order is considered accepted only after the customer has accepted the applicable quotation or invoice and any required payment or other stated conditions have been satisfied.
5. Prices and Payment
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not automatically include taxes, duties, customs charges, import fees, banking fees, insurance or other destination-specific costs.
Payment methods, currency, deadlines and payment terms will be stated in the relevant quotation or commercial invoice.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that payment is made using the payment instructions provided in the official quotation or invoice.
6. Registered Customer Discount
Registered customers may be eligible for a 5% customer discount where this benefit is offered by Spare Parts & Equipment.
Because many products are individually sourced and quoted, the discount is not automatically calculated by the website. Eligibility and the final discounted amount, where applicable, are confirmed in the quotation or invoice.
The discount may not apply to shipping, taxes, customs charges, third-party fees or other excluded costs unless expressly stated.
7. Product Identification and Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for checking that the requested product, part number, equipment model and specifications are suitable for the intended application before confirming an order.
We may assist with product identification based on information supplied by the customer, but identification assistance does not replace the customer's responsibility to verify compatibility where verification is reasonably possible.
8. OEM, Aftermarket and Brand References
Depending on availability and customer requirements, quotations may include original OEM parts, aftermarket parts or other suitable alternatives. The type of product offered should be identified in the applicable quotation whenever reasonably possible.
Manufacturer and brand names, trademarks, model names and part numbers may be used for identification and compatibility purposes only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Spare Parts & Equipment is not presented as an authorized dealer, distributor, representative or affiliate of the manufacturers or brands referenced on the website.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping methods, estimated delivery times and freight charges depend on product availability, destination, carrier, customs procedures and other logistics conditions.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, suppliers, weather, port congestion, force majeure or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
10. Customs, Duties and Import Requirements
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for import permits, customs clearance, duties, taxes, local fees and compliance with import requirements in the destination country.
Customers should confirm local import rules before placing an order.
11. Inspection, Damage and Incorrect Items
Customers should inspect shipments as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Any claim regarding visible shipping damage, shortages or an incorrect item should be reported promptly with photographs, packaging details and relevant shipping documentation so that the issue can be reviewed.
12. Returns and Cancellations
Return and cancellation rights depend on the specific product, supplier, order status and applicable law. Special-order, sourced, custom, electrical, opened, installed or otherwise non-returnable items may be subject to restrictions.
No product should be returned without prior written authorization and return instructions.
Any applicable return conditions, restocking charges or shipping costs should be confirmed before a return is accepted.
13. Warranties
Warranty terms, if any, may depend on the manufacturer, supplier and product type and will be communicated where applicable.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing, no additional warranty is created by general information displayed on the website.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spare Parts & Equipment will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from website use, delays, product unavailability or a customer's use or installation of a product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
15. Website Accounts
Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and for information submitted through their account.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users or business operations from misuse, fraud or security threats.
16. Intellectual Property
Website text, layout, design and original content may not be copied, reproduced or commercially reused without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Third-party trademarks, brand names and product identifiers remain the property of their respective owners.
17. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events reasonably outside our control, including natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, government restrictions, strikes, transport disruptions, supplier failures, customs delays, port closures or major network or infrastructure failures.
18. Governing Law
Before public launch, this section must be completed with the jurisdiction that actually applies to the seller: [GOVERNING LAW / COUNTRY].
Any mandatory consumer or commercial rights that apply under relevant law remain unaffected.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, business practices or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
